Foot & Ankle Pain Treatment
Sprained ankles, Achilles problems, plantar fasciitis and fracture rehab — heal fully and prevent the injury from coming back.
Ankle sprains are among the most common injuries we see — often from stepping on an uneven surface or wearing the wrong shoes. Without proper rehab, many people sprain the same ankle again and develop long-term pain and weakness.
Physical therapy restores your ankle’s motion, strength and balance so it heals completely. For athletes and weekend warriors, we make sure you regain full capability before returning to the activities you love.

Frequently asked questions
When should I see a physical therapist for an ankle sprain?
If you're still limping or swelling after a few days, or you've sprained the same ankle before, it's worth an evaluation. Repeated or poorly healed sprains can lead to long-term pain and instability.
Do I need to rest my ankle completely?
Protect it in the first couple of days, then start gentle movement. Guided exercise — range of motion first, then strength and balance — heals the ankle more completely than rest alone.
