Neck Pain Treatment

Stiff neck, whiplash, headaches or pain that shoots into your arm — relief through hands-on care, posture work and targeted exercise.

Your neck balances and moves your head all day, so pain there affects everything from driving to sleeping. Neck pain often comes from posture and long hours at a screen, from auto accidents, or from wear and tear on the joints and discs.

Our orthopedic specialists combine skilled manual therapy with posture training and individualized exercise — treating today’s pain while building the strength and habits that keep it from coming back.

Frequently asked questions

Can physical therapy help whiplash?

Yes. After a car accident we restore motion gently, calm muscle guarding and rebuild strength. Starting soon after the accident, once serious injury has been ruled out, generally leads to a better recovery.

Is my desk setup causing my neck pain?

It often contributes. We look at how you sit and work and give you simple changes to your setup and habits, along with exercises that build endurance in your neck and upper back.
