Hip Pain Treatment
Hip arthritis, bursitis, labral tears and hip replacement rehab — move, walk and climb stairs comfortably again.
Hip pain affects every age group — from athletes with labral tears to older adults with arthritis. Because the hip carries your body weight with every step, hip problems can quickly limit walking, stairs and sleep.
Our physical therapists perform a thorough hip evaluation, then build a treatment plan and monitor your progress closely, so you recover efficiently and stay active.

Frequently asked questions
Is hip pain always arthritis?
No. Pain on the outside of the hip is often tendon or bursa irritation, and groin pain can come from the joint, a labral tear or a strain. A careful evaluation tells us which, and the treatment differs.
How soon can I start PT after a hip replacement?
Usually right away, following your surgeon's precautions. We'll help you walk safely, regain motion and rebuild strength.
